Using data from Global Accounts, Data Statistical Returns and i4H database we conducted a comprehensive correlation research study. It included the following data;
4 Years Global Accounts Data – FY 2013/14, 2014/15, 2015/16 and 2016/17
4 Years Data Statistical return data – FY 2013/14, 2014/15, 2015/16 and 2016/17
19 performance indicators for over 300 social housing providers for the same period
Customer satisfaction data for over 200 social housing providers for the same period
The data showed strong correlations for the following areas;
Organisations with high other cost per unit also tend to have a high headline social housing cost per unit.
Organisations with high service charge cost per unit also tend to have a high headline social housing cost per unit.
Organisations with a high number of lettings tend to have high management costs.
Organisations with a high number of evictions for rent arrears tend to have a high managment cost per unit.
