MANAGING DIRECTOR
Gursh is the Managing Director of I4H with over 18 years’ experience of working with social housing and care and support providers to drive performance and business transformation. Prior to setting up I4H, Gursh held numerous senior positions within the social housing sector and is currently company secretary for Reliant Care who are a specialist mental health care provider.
Karteek Ponnuru
DATA SCIENTIST
Karteek Ponnuru is also an experienced data scientist who has an MBA in Business Analytics. He has experience in a range of different industries such as Credit Industry, Retail Chain and E-Commerce. He specialises in forecasting techniques and will lead on the advanced forecasting work i4H are doing. This has include using techniques such as polynomial and ARIMA forecasting to predict performance of key financial and performance indicators.
Rashik Gupta
DATA SCIENTIST
Rashik Gupta is an experienced data scientist who holds a Masters in Business Administration (specialising in Business Analytics). With over 5 years experience in digital and social media analytics, credit industry, retail and E-Commerce. He has helped major e-commerce companies to derive customer insights based on the use of big data. Rashik is leading on working with I4H customers to ensure actionable insights can be gained from data using regression and predictive analytics techniques.
